Design


We have fully discussions with clients about all the details of the signs they order, which include style, size, color, lead time and delivery. In case that you don’t have design drawing, our designer will make your conception into reality.

Payment


On the basis of design drawing, an offer is made and emailed to you for reference and confirmation. Before production starts, 50% of the contract amount must be paid as deposit via T/T,WestUnion and Paypal.

Production


When the production begins, an employee is designated and a prompt system is installed so as to track progress and keep you updated.

Delivery


Prior to shipment, balance and finished product pictures are settled and confirmed. All freight is shipped out via express service, which generally takes anywhere from 3 -7 business days.We take great care in crating our products to ensure maximum protection of your signs.

Unpacking


Our signs are inspected and tested for operation ahead of shipment. When unpacking, please check your signs a nd accessories! In the event that damage is determined, it should be reported to the shipping carrier and us immediately. We will offer assistance with your claim.
